Sawers McFarlane's Summer Student Program reflects our commitment and philosophy of developing our team from within. The Summer Student Program provides students entering their third year with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all areas of employment litigation with the firm. The firm also uses this time to consider the student for future articles at the completion of their studies.

The summer program provides the student with an opportunity to apply the legal knowledge and analytical skills gained to date in real life situations. The student will provide research assistance to senior counsel, will have hands on experience with clients, and will attend court on a wide variety of matters.

The program is designed for those students that have the desire to be effective employment, labour and insurance law litigators.
